No Cleats...No Problem
On the first day of camp, we partner with CLEATS FOR KIDS to fit campers with gently used cleats.
CLEATS FOR KIDS is a “collect and share” program dedicated to gathering and distributing gently used soccer equipment. It was the brainchild of the WARMONE WOMEN’S SOCCER TEAM. The Warmones are players and parents with children in the sport of soccer. Children outgrow their soccer cleats often before they are no longer useful. Most of this soccer equipment ends up in the back of the closet-still in very good condition.
The WARMONES believe that it is important to make these gently used soccer cleats available to families that may be limited by the expense of new shoes. CLEATS FOR KIDS welcomes shoes, balls, jerseys, shorts and other soccer-related equipment. The items are sorted, cleaned and distributed to local soccer programs, school programs and sometimes, mission projects overseas.
